Poetry Power: Chisom Eze and Adriana Burkhart-Gross Shine at City Slam Semi-Finals
The Mt. Healthy School District is proud of our students at the recent City Slam Semi-Final contest held on Saturday, March 2. The competition was fierce, and our students demonstrated outstanding talent in their poetry performance.
We are proud to share that Chisom "ChiChi" Eze has secured a spot in the finals scheduled for April 5th at Artsville. Chisom's exceptional performance has earned her the opportunity to showcase her talent on a larger stage. We eagerly anticipate her performance at the upcoming finals.
Additionally, we are delighted to recognize Adriana Burkhart-Gross for receiving an honorable mention at the City Slam Semi-Final contest. Adriana's passion for poetry was evident throughout the competition, and her honorable mention highlights her wonderful performance. The poetry slam at the City Slam Semi-Final contest was relentless and highly competitive, with schools like Walnut Hills and Clark Montessori also attending the event.
