We are excited to share a vibrant celebration of diversity at Mt. Healthy CSD! In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, some of our wonderful Guatemalan students donned traditional cultural attire today.
We're happy to have had the opportunity to capture the essence of this cultural celebration. A big thank you to students Cindy Lopez Orozco, Yaquelin Ramirez Miranda, and Milvia Ramirez Miranda for participating in this event. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude highlighted their exceptional attire.
We also had the pleasure of interviewing Mt. Healthy's very own Lisa Rivera-Santiago, Bilingual Aide, about the day and the meaningful journey that led to this celebration.
This celebration reminds us of the diversity that enriches our district. We're grateful to our students and staff for sharing their cultural heritage with us. Together, we celebrate the mosaic of traditions and backgrounds that make us stronger as a community.
