We hope this email finds you well as we approach the exciting milestone of graduation. We would like to provide you with some important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Livestream for Remote Viewing:
We understand that not all families and guests will be able to attend the graduation ceremony in person. To ensure that everyone can still participate in this special event, we will be live streaming the ceremony. The link will direct you to the YouTube channel "@fifththirdarenaevents5701," where you will find a thumbnail icon for the Mt Healthy graduation. The livestream will become active shortly before the ceremony begins.
Parking:
For those attending the graduation ceremony, including families, guests, and district staff attending as guests, we have made arrangements for free parking in the Calhoun and Corry Parking Garages. Please refer to the attached Parking Map for directions and parking lot locations.
Clear Bag Policy:
To ensure the safety and security of all attendees, Fifth Third Arena has implemented a Clear Bag Policy. This means that anyone entering the arena must adhere to certain guidelines regarding the bags they bring inside. For more detailed information on the Clear Bag Policy, please review the attached flyer.
Lifetouch Graduation Photos:
We are pleased to inform you that Lifetouch will be capturing the special moments of graduation through professional photography. If you would like to access and order photos of your graduate after the ceremony, simply text the code below to 90738*:
