Mt. Healthy Juniors and Seniors Inducted Into National Honor Society

Mt. Healthy’s Integritas Chapter of the National Honor Society inducted 13 juniors and seniors from Mt. Healthy High School.  Students were honored at a ceremony on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. As part of the Induction Ceremony Mrs. Patty Kinser, NHS advisor, welcomed the students and turned it over to the NHS officers and members who spoke on the values and commitment it takes to participate in NHS. Brandon Hernandez, NHS President, roll called each of the new members who came forward and received a candle taken from the light of the officers’ candles. Mr. Tom Hill, Mt. Healthy Jr/Sr High School Principal, spoke to the students and their families expressing his pride in the students’ achievements as well as district’s and high school’s goals that create pride in students’ achievements as well as a sense of unity among the school community.  Dr. Reva Cosby, Mt. Healthy Superintendent, sent her congratulations and praise to the students for their accomplishment.

 

Additionally, Mrs. Kinser provided information to the students and families about their fundraising project for St. Jude Hospital, which they have begun and concludes at the end of February.
